10 hours in my cincher so far. Longest time I’ve worn it. I know by practice I should wear it around the clock, but I’m starting off slow. Feels good, I feel like I’ve accomplished something in myself . X

Wearing my cincher to work today as my waist training continues. Day 3 and I feel great. There’s something about the restriction, the tight fitting, the feeling of being laced up, tied up, and that no one knows I’m walking around wearing something that makes me feel so sexy.
